MRS OUMOU KALSOUM NDIAYE
MRS OUMOU KALSOUM NDIAYE is an accomplished professional whose expertise was shaped entirely in Canada, combining strong academic credentials with meaningful real-world experience. She holds a diploma in Social Work Techniques with a focus on mental health, a Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies from the University of Ottawa (2023), and over 10 years of experience in the tourism sector, supported by her Business Travel Organization diploma earned in 2006.
Her multidisciplinary background spans helping relationships, mediation, leadership, B2B relations, and both individual and community support. With natural leadership and a global mindset, she builds bridges across cultures and empowers individuals toward growth, integration, stability, and personal fulfillment.
